Return & Refund Policy

At Creative Lang, we want you to love your purchase! 🌺

Our products are made to order, meaning each item is produced especially for you after your order is placed.

Change of Mind & Incorrect Size

As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or colour preferences.

We encourage you to review the product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem, where possible

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Returns

Please contact Creative Lang before returning any item.

We will provide instructions if a return is required. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Where a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, return costs will be handled in accordance with the relevant law.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally initiated within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the funds.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law.

Where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
